  1. Ken it never ceases to amaze me how members can live in a coop for years and know nothing. Perhaps ignorance is bliss to them, but when one attends the meetings a spouts misinformation to the members present it must be stopped, yet the chairperson knows less than nothing and sits there.
    It is a known fact that members can add to the agenda, but the item can be discussed but not voted on - no action can be taken because the entire membership have not been given a 10 days required notice. The people, or members as you might say never knew this as a fact. And another long time member seconded a motion without knowing any details as to why it had been turned down THREE TIMES. Shows ignorance but Bliss I am not sure I woudl say that.

  2. there is something missing here. #1..this place is hard to find, I find the whole multiply far less affective than the other site msn. I do not know what is what so I am better off going on to facebook where thousands and millions of people read. did you know that the site six degrees of separation has one million on it.
    There is something so pathetic about coop housing and those who run it for profit and those who profit by it being their for their throne presence and those pathetic individuals who have no choice but to live there. This poor excuse of a man who did not attend three essential meetings shows up stands near the doorway and seconds a motion he has no idea about and that talks crap about how he fixes his own unit and also pays his fines darn it all the fines are for not participating so why is the fool paying the fines if he is spending the money participating in saving the coop by doing his own unit and has this jerk never read his handbook because the members went back to 2001 and that is what she wrote. Did he think he looked good standing in the midst of a crowded den. Disman was noman. And the woman who firsted the thing is known for her unexpertise in finances, as she got the coop to small claims for not paying a bill, got interest on taxes she was very late paying and got nsfs down at the bank for not doing tranfers and who in real life cleaned up other peoples shit on the midnight shit at the clinic.
    No backbone, now moonman if you want to write something write how these creatures can get a backbone, and a brain would be good. and quit following the losers and try to be a winner and a person of self esteem. The budget stunk it did not even enter to the problems we have and guess who the board blamed the Agency and the Agency said do this and do that - and the hell with the operating agreement which was suppose to be good for fifty years - pander to the board, hell the board panders to them and shits all over everyone else. So find an answer for this.
